The hotel was terrific with very well furnished and quiet rooms. Booked a room with excellent views, and the staff were lovely and good people that gave friendly service. The place had a charming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, the check in was efficient. The food for brunch was delicious in the in-house restaurant.

Hotel was modern and pretty standard, I appreciated the stay.

My room was wonderfully decorated with yet private and jacuzzi, for instance, and the check-out was efficient. And the facilities were awesome!

The room is huge, with cozy bed and decent view. The location is great, 3 miles from Airport.

The hotel was fairly clean with great location in the newly developing Newtown area and huge rooms. I was here for 4 nights and ate at in-house restaurant with Bengali dishes. You can see the lobby from your window and meet lovely and great staff that gave friendly service.

The restaurant was NICE at the fifth floor, we ordered excellent dishes. The location was magnificent and ideal, the staff were smart.

Fairly clean place & amazing friendly staff from house keeping staff to the Duty Manager. Magnificent and unbeatable location in Kolkata, close enough to restaurant, bar n reception. Also, in the Rajarhat area.

Its location was great, down from the taxi. Great to be 400 feet away from Puchkalicious, enjoyed our meal there. We were upgraded to a quiet room with jacuzzi...

Lovely staff with the service provided by hotel and there staff, elegant atmosphere, everything was well-maintained. Deluxe king room with beautiful view and the minimalist design, as example accommodated us perfectly. The highlight was the awesome food.

I stayed in the room that was always kept clean and available with jacuzzi. I really enjoyed having amazing and luxury breakfast with wide varieties.

Staff were the friendliest I have ever come across. Definitely the most convenient for the airport (our reason for staying).

They had entered our booking incorrectly but quickly remedied it and gave us a complimentary car to the airport as an apology. Reflected consistently high standards of service.

The room had a lovely balcony, and it was conveniently located within walking distance to the city center; we also enjoyed exploring the New Town district.

Swissotel was conveniently located near Kolkata airport and was also attached to a nice shopping mall. It was a very stylish 5 star hotel the layout and design of the hotel and the rooms was clever and comfortable. My room was like a cone of silence and I felt pampered and relaxed in it. The outdoor pool overlooking the city was stunning but could have done with a bit of heating (it was chilly in the water in mid November). The food and services were pricey but very good. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and I would recommend it to people who can afford it and who are picky (like me). You won't be disappointed.

It was a bit over priced.
